We aim to dispatch every UK order within 24 hours. Orders placed before 3.00pm will usually be packed and shipped the same day (outside of peak times). If you require immediate dispatch or next delivery please contact us so we can prioritise your order. On the rare occasion our stock runs out or your order is delayed we will contact you to advise of any delays. Orders are dispatched on working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Small items are sent first class via Royal Mail. Large items are dispatched via Courier.

The delivery company will require a signature as proof of receipt. Although we recommend you sign for your own goods, it is not required that the signature be from the specified recipient.
Do not schedule or commence any installation work until after you have received your order and checked all the goods are correct and complete. This will enable you to resolve any issues and order additional parts if necessary. Any problems or queries should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Due to the varied shipping rates and customs arrangements for different countries, you will need to contact us before ordering. Our online checkout is not currently accepting orders from outside UK.
Please note that international orders may be subject to unpredictable customs delays and you could be required to pay local taxes and import duties over which we have no control.
Orders outside UK vary in delivery times, we will be happy to advise at time of order.
